Unlike cleaning Moss from Driveways Patios or decking, cleaning Moss from roof tiles requires a more gentle system, we will kill the Moss first using a strong fast acting Moss Killer, normally we will remove some large loose moss balls first for these will scrape of fairly easy without to much agitation, we have found that when the rest of the moss is dead it can be removed safer with minimum pressure, we will remove 95% of the dead moss by hand using various brushes and scrappers , or somtimes a low pressure wash down ,and then clear out your gutters and remove the dead moss from your site. We will then Softwash and treat the roof tiles with a Softwash solution that will remove the tiny particals of left over dead Moss over a few weeks and also will act as a Moss prevention keeping your roof tiles Moss free.
